BENDAROD FISHING CHARTERS FISHING REPORT SUNDAY NOVEMBER 29, 2009

Capt. Jerry Boaen and myself finally get to fish together after having charters Friday and Saturday.
We headed out from Skidaway about 6am heading to Warsaw Sound and by 9am we had our limit on Reds. We released three that were over the slot and one had already been tagged, after checking the number it was one that I had tagged in July. Between 9am and 11am we were wearing out some Trout. All our fish had been caught on Evolution corks, DOA shrimp and a spinner bait. Capt. Jerry was wearin the fish out on a spinner bait and after I couldn,t stand it any more I had to ask if he had another one that I could use. Trust me that was tough, but Jerry showing some tough love  gave me one to use and I proceded to catch up with him. The water was so clear and the barometer was rising and the fish were turned on. We enjoyed a great day of fellowship and fishing. Life just hardy gets any better than that.

BENDAROD FISHING CHARTERS FISHING REPORT SATURDAY NOVEMBER 28, 2009

Capt. Jim Edenfield and Wayne Rowell of Blackshear, Georgia have a great day again in Warsaw Sound Saturday with 15knot winds and a bit chilly that morning and still had a  good catch on Reds and Trout. Mr. Rowell was a pleasure to fish with as his fishing experence proved him as a worthy angler with some of his fishing techniques. We fished with DOA's and Evolution Popping corks
with a limit of Reds and some Trout for our efforts.

BENDAROD FISHING CHARTERS FISHING REPORT FRIDAY NOVEMBER 27, 2009

BENDAROD FISHING CHARTERS FISHING REPORT SATURDAY NOVEMBER 14, 2009

The Reds are on Fire and in Wassaw Sound, as you can tell by one angler was high and dry waiting for the water to come in on his favorite drop. The Trout bite was good as well with the exception that the majority were running in the 10 and 12" range, but you should not have any problems in catching your limit on Reds. Capt. Jerry and myself Taged and released 3 nice Reds today as well as catching another Red that had been taged. That is 2 in back to back days and tages were in sinc as well #40258 and #40259. When catching a taged Red please call the DNR with the number on the tag, location and total lenght. This helps them in the study of how much the Red has grown and how far it has traveled. We also have to give mention that the Evolution and Outcast popping corks by Midcoast Products are the trick for having a sucessful day on the water. These corks can be purchase at Tybee Bait and Tackle, Adams Bait, River Supply and Coffee Bluff Marina. If you haven't tried them you are missing out on some of the most unique sounding popping corks made.

BENDAROD FISHING CHARTERS FISHING REPORT FRIDAY NOVEMBER 13, 2009

Today was awesome due to the OUTCAST cork from Midcoast products and DOA Lures. Capt. Jerry and I battle winds today up to 25knots and some pretty heavy seas in Salt Pond in Warssaw Sound. We started out with 3  Nice Reds from 27-29 inches Taged and release. About 2 hours later Capt. Jerry caught a 25" Red that was already tagged. We are waiting to here back from the DNR as far as when and where the Red was first taged. Even thru rough seas and winds we finished the day with 10 Keeper Reds and 18 trout. Not a bad day for those conditions!! The DOA 3inch shrimp clear with red glitter was the hot color for the day on a 24 - 36" clear 20# mono leader underneath the OUTCAST popping cork.

Capt. Jerry Boaen  Takes the Evolution Popping Cork made by Midcoast Products and has a Great Day on the water with his Charter Thursday. Ossabaw Sound was very muddy from the Spring Tides and Capt. Jerry decided to take his group to Warsaw Sound where they found some clear water and they proceded to put a whoppin on some nice Reds and flounder and a few trout. They moved around a lot but they found a school and stuck with them to have a very sucessful day. They also tag and released three Big Reds in the 30inch + range.

TEAM BENDAROD FISHING REPORT

Saturday, October 30th 2009
Warssaw Sound, The morning started out with a heavy fog and lifted around 12:oo and we fished at Cabbage Island on the 1st half of the outgoing and were on the trout and reds like Donkey Kong. We finish the day out at Salt Pond using Mud Minnows, Shrimp, Mullet and DOA lures and found the fish bite just as strong. This upcoming week will continue with spring tides, but you will find the water clear on the top of the high tide and midway, so don't let the tides discourage you from fishing as there will be areas that you couldn't get to before... Happy Fishing!!!!
